Where is the amp being installed? Which route are u taking with the power wire?What gauge wire?

I WOULD'NT recommend bridging Head Unit channels...

If it's a one channel amp, the two sets of + and - are the same connection.Just used them according to your sub box set up..For exampl : I also have a one channel amp (xtant 1000.1), running 2 10w7's, i only use one set of the +and - , cause my sub box has one connection which splits up inside...

Well , I realized the minimum is 0 gauge for my power and ground cables.So ended up running it all new.But it still continues to clip, even with amp set at 0 db's..I did another look about and realized that my power lead from alt. to batt is still 4 gauge...So maybe thats it, my alt had recently...
