what kind are out there for a decent price, with ok quality?

I know nothing about radios to be honest, just getting that out there. Looking for a 7" touch screen for my 05 mustang, doesn't have a shaker system or anything, just the normal speakers. I found a planet audio 7" for around 180$ can't post a url.. I'm not going to be putting in any different...
