Try shortening the ports about 1 inch at a time till you get desired results. (around 5" long prob sound decent) what vehicle do you have?

I built the car in my signature below, I can tell you its the product of 4 years or fun\frustration, Trunks are not easy to get loud but what car really is "easy" its all about maximizing what equipment you have then pushing it to its limits :-)

Are you doing the glassing out side in the cold? because that will effect how the glass sticks and hardens.

Heres a starting pic of a system I did in a 95 Sonoma reg cab with 2 15" Earthquake Magma`s in a Bandpass Blowthrough. Port was 6" by 24" inside. It worked real well for daily the flex of the cab was unreal for equipment used. Dont mind the cutout it was covered with a carpeted pretty panel...

What type of vehicle is it going in? In doing the cavalier in Sig, we have tryed a 12", 2 12`s, 1 15" and the best score to date is the single 15" large box and lots of port. Best advice I can give is make the box big and very stiff and lots of port dependant on sub size and tune and play till...

Your port is 135 sq in, try to get a bit more if you can. You`ll get your goal of 150 it just takes time and trying many different things. Any pics of your setup? Garett
