Its ridiculous, but the AMP runs @ 2/4 on the full range channels, but only 4 @ the sub. Its in the sig.

I have a RE SE 12" sub with 4 ohm DVC. I am currently running it @ 8 ohms because my amp is rated @ 4 ohms to the sub. Is there a ways to wire it as 2 ohm and add a 2 ohm resistor in the wiring to make it run @ 4 ohms so I don't lose all the power @ 8 ohms?
