Yep. Connect the blue/white wire with the blue wires and you're good to go. Exact same thing happened to me this morning when I put the UTE-42BT in my daughter's 2000 Dodge Dakota. I left the blue/white wire off and the tuner worked fine, but no sound from anywhere else. I could even make calls...
