    PH2.1000 remote does nothing

    Just installed my first amp/subwoofer combo, everything works great except for the remote subwoofer control that came with the amp. Sounds like the woofer is always on max, and fiddling the remote does nothing. Any suggestions for what could be causing this? yes, its plugged in
