ok guys so I'm replacing my amp and have the negative unplug from the battery , right now I have all the wires in cap with electrical tape at the ends . my question is is it safe to plug everything back together oh and I forgot to mention I have a 1.5 capacitor .

my amp keeps going in protect mode and make a pop sound when I turn stereo on and off.....hopfully its the amp because I want to upgrade the amp

Ok so my amp goes into protection mode, So when I turn the ignition on just to turn the stereo on and it sometimes work but when I turn the engine on it goes into protection mode on. And the sub also makes a 1x pop sound when I turn stereo off and a 1x pop sound when I turn stereo on. hopefully...
