I use a phone with mog, with a aux cable to back of deck. (mini headphone jack) When I was trouble shooting this helped me to eliminate possible problems with noise from deck or RCA cables. I switched amps as well trying to figure it out. I don't have a bluetooth option on my deck.

I tested it by using my phone as a source with the aux to rca cable. To remove the rca cables from the confusion, and see what if any noise is there.

sometimes the outer side of the rca can touch the amp and make that noise too.... ppi amp did that to me.
