Thanks skittles and all others who answered my question. i'll go ahead and go with a distribution block just to be sure. i also just found out that i have a guy who can get me a semi professional install for little or nothing so that'll help ease my mind a lot.

Well i think at this point, i plan on installing the big 3. but that leads me back to my original question. can the cap function as a distribution block in the way i mentioned? or will i still need a dedicated distribution block?
