yep, only using 1 coil. that is the WRONG way to series a subwoofer.... what a jackass....

since it is dual 2, wire it in series to 4 ohms since you dont know where to put your gain yet. Once you find that out you can wire it in parallel and run it at 1 ohm and get full power from the amplifier. series would be positive (red) on one side (coil 1), to negative (black) on the other...

just like pretty much anything, it is pretty much all box dependent. Response looks super flat, good job. aside from box design, copper v. aluminum coil and ferrite v. neo i think have a decent deal with if a sub is "peaky" or not. not 100% sure on that though.

honestly, it is extremely box dependent. Anything FI/AA, SSA, IA, Sundown, DC, blah blah blah blah will all get low as **** and bang all day long. You couldn't go wrong with an Icon or Chaos honestly...
