Im a SQ type guy. I aint shaking buildings or anything like that. Im definitely on the lower end of vehicle flex. I just noticed the screen sticks out and wondered if the bass would shake the head unit

my point exactly. I dont know but its something about having a remote to control the headunit, especially while driving, it makes changing the song/source so much easier. So as crazy as it sounds, its a big selling point for me

man I was sure a more powerful sub would show some difference versus 2 less powered and smaller size.
