azbass, fraid I can't they are pretty strict (unlike R and Sons) and dont like to sell out from under their dealers, if you take a tax license to them though once you get your shop set up they will be happy to open up an account for you in most cases, they are good people.

Ive had this problem before also, jntar is correct most likely your fuse block is bad and not making proper contact with the fuse.
