it says so. lol Sorry im a chick, i totally dont know much about the car audio world. I bought these like 2 years ago and they have great sound quality. its a Rockford Fosgate 300w PUNCH, apparently thats really like a 900w or something..it says it on the AMP. This is a used Rockford Fosgate amp and Two 12' Bazooka subs. Ipreviously had them in my car for about two years and they were AWESOME. I got a new car and no longer need them.
