Lights are flickering after HID install

sounds like you need resisters for the setup. May I ask what kind of car it is? I know my old saab had issues with aftermarket hid kits and needing resisters.

    New Car, need Speaker Recommendation!

The Bostons are a big favorite with the saab community also the infinity kappas 62.7is for the door. People tend to skip the rear deck 6x9s and just go for a basslink of small setup in the trunk.

    Amp for kappa 62.7is

I was wondering if anyone could make a suggestion for a decent reliable not to very expensive amp to power two 62.7s. Thanks in advance Focker

im fiberglassing a space in my trunk, theres alittle push out if you will where you can store stuff and im making a "mold" of it.

    New Car, need Speaker Recommendation!

Just curious do you have the 7 speaker or 13 speaker setup. If you are looking for 3.5s go for boston fx3s. I also own a saab and they are really nice speakers. You don't need to power the front dash, also look into the infinity kappa 62.7i for doors. Don't bother with the rear speakers if you...

    10's + amp

Ok so I started a fiberglass project for my saab. Seeing as im only 17 this might take a bit cause of school and college stuff. But I have the box semi complete. Just needs finishing touches. I was looking for some suggestions for a 10" sub that uses a small amount of space, also I was looking...

    Radio Install in a 04 Saab 9-3

I own a 2003 Saab 9-3 and let me start out by saying the stereo system is a royal pain in the ***, you can not replace the head unit per-say. The way the car is built there is a fiber-optic loop in the car and if one component is broken then the car wont start. If you take out the head unit the...

    Quick question

Ya you have to fresh wire the sound system, cant touch the headunit. I was hoping there was a "powered subwoofer" that I could use. Also because my friends dad works for kenwood(nice discounts)

    Quick question

Ok here is my dilemma, I have a 2003 saab 9-3, some of you may know that these cars are very hard to modify due to the mostnet wiring. But I can add subs, door, and dash speakers. My question (dont flame) can I run a small subwoofer without an external amp? Also can I run a remote from the sub...

its waaaaaayyy to much work just for a headunit.

    2004 saab 9-3

just unhooking the headunit will cause the car to not turn on. The relocation of the headunit is alittle more tricky because of the fiberoptic junk. Go to www.saabcentral.com and search for dam stereo. You will find everything you need to know. Im running on about 3 hours sleep so I dont really...

    2004 saab 9-3

ugh not this again. Let me put this simply, The wiring system that is used in the newer 9-3's being post 2003 has royally screwed any major attempts of adding anything to the system. Saab had the brilliant idea of using mostnet. Thus said you can not replace the headunit per say. If you remove...

    Bass tubes

My reason for looking for a bass tube is one. I want cheap bass, not crappy "loud and obnoxious piss everyone off" bass. Second the saab has a different wiring system I have read. It uses fiber optics for the speakers with filters or something I did not have time to read the whole article. But...

    Bass tubes

Ok I need to put some bass in my saab. Im looking for a self powered subwoofer such as an infinity bass link or bazooka bass tube. I need some advise on the best self powered sub for the money. I'm not looking for a sub box in the trunk though. Thanks
