800 rms for two amps, or should i just get one with 1600. im not sure if my subs have dual coils, so does that mean i can't get a 2 channel amp?

i have two 12 inch pioneer premier subwoofers. they have 1400 watts max each, and have 350 rms each. im not sure how big of an amp to get. some people told me to get more watts in the amp than the subs, some said less. is it supposed to be equal to the rms, or max? can i get a 3000 watt amp...
