    Premier 860 - External Speaker?

That is actually a device to detect the road noise while driving, so according to how you set it up, it is supposed to automatically increase the volume as the ride gets noisier.

    Precision Power Suggestions

Why not Bi-amp your front components to the 450 amp (this was you send 50watts to each tweeter and each mid speaker) And bridge the 275 amp for a sub? I would not use the HU to power any speakers.

should be 4" front and 5.25/6.5 rear (with aftermarket bracket) and you can only fit very shallow speakers in the rear. I managed to stick 6.5" in the front though

    setting up mb quarts

It is recommended that they only be installed in a Free air enviroment. Don't think sticking it in a box will do you any good.

    Kenwood Display Problem

You would have to find out the part number for it, then look for a electronic shop (easier online) that could send it to you, but this requires you to take apart your HU.

There is a little ribbon that goes from the DIsplay part to the Main unit, and from going up and down so much it wears out and does not make contact. Replacing the ribbon is...
