Yeah, R-F bought Hafler. I actually bought the speakers and amp in '92. Roadstar was from 70's/early 80's.

'96 Town Car - no JBL, just cassette. Have no idea of what kind of power to speakers is available...

Is there a place to look up what stuff a car came with? Stuff like ampsm and !wjat power. Or is this too much to hope for?

Also Hafler... Had their 5.25 component speakers and still have their 100 w/channel amp.

Try RoadStar... In case you don't know, their amps were plug-to-plug compatible with Pioneer Head Units... I still have a 60 w/ch amp somewhere...

I need to add a 12 disk changer to my '96 Town Car (no JBL) which is better, JVC or Pioneer? I'm not sure I need MP3 capability - I don't like the sound, but that may be moot because of the FM Modulator...
