For sale is my pheonix gold tantrum 1200/1 amp. Birthsheet says that it put out 1411 watts. I'm selling because I need a new headunit before I get can do anything really. Also a 100lb. box is too much so I just want a 10" sub and 1400w is too much for me. As for the amp, its in awesome...

its a 2.5^3 @ 32 hz. Its not the box thats the problem, the sound is coming from the subwoofer. I'm thinking its the LOC honestly. I'm getting a new HU to throw in there and I'll see how that goes.

Hmm those wires you posted are the 2.5" speakers in the amp rack, not the subwoofer speakers, is that a problem?

got it wired like you said, but its soooo quiet. I couldnt tell the sub was on unless I touched it. Yes the gain was up on the amp.

none of those wires that you said go into the headunit.

Alright cool, Theres two connections in the back for the mach 5x7's. I took the whole amp rack out of the back so the wires are there. I'll tap into those when I get off work and see what happens.

Wouldnt that still have an amplified signal though?

Ok well how do I know which wires behind the HU are the ones needed to be used?
