i'm looking for a decent headunit for my car, my choices are alpine, pioneer, & JVC. The JVC is the cheapest and i was wanting to know how it compares to alpine and pioneer. thanks

one of my 12'' JL Audio subs has a broken coil. the coil that goes from the negative/positive terminals to the actual speaker. i soldered it for now, but i'm afriad the vibrations will break the wield. heres a crappy pic of the coil i'm talking about...
