c'mon peeps. somebody has got to know this one!

the sub isn't really the issue as it goes into protect even when the speaker wires are removed. it seems to be a problem in th e power supply or something. how frequently do amps come messed up from the factory? I know xsite isn't exactly the best name on the market.

Please help... i have an Xsite 800 watt, one channel at 4 ohms amp running an Xsite 12" sub. I wired bass blockers into the stock door speakers, and the amp is running off the stock head unit of an '06 Ford F-150. The amp has a built in high/low converter as well that's been wired into the rear...
