    kenwood vs. mtx

    I was wondering if a 350w Kenwood amp is better than a 200w Mtx. i wouldn't think so but i hear that Mtx is a better brand and also the price is 20$ more for the MTX amp. I want crisp and clear sound that isn't just bass.

    I have two Kenwood 12's in a box and there is only one wire hook up in the back. Does this mean that I have to hook my amp up as one channel and my subs will split it on their own? Maybe a better question is how should i set up my amp?

    I found out that the amp has 45 x 4 watts of RMS Power. What the heck does that equal to in normal power watts.

    A friend is trying to sell me a amp but when he tells me the watts he says thats it is a different rating than the normal watts type. I need to know if there are different types and what is the different is any?
