Ok azbass Click here and see what awaits you. HAHAHA .... On a softer note The amps are not that bad, at least not this model. I have never had a problem and they seem to push my Type R's pretty well. And for the price that I paid ( free ) you can't to wrong.

I am kinda confused on the calculation for the length of the port. Lv = [(1.463*10^7R^2)/(Fb^2*Vb)] - 1.463 I know that Fb is the tuning in Hz but is it what I want it to be or is it the result of another calculation? Also for Vb is that the gross amount or after sub displacement?

As the topic states I am looking for a 12" Alpine Type R Duel 4ohm. It has to be in good shape With all parts and the newer models not the 2004 ones. I only have around $60-$80 to spend. I only need one.

Well I have designed 3 different box and I need help choosing which one to use. They are all tuned between 35-38 hz when is fine. I just don't know which would be better. The box is a crx box going into my crx. The Subs are 2 12" Type R's. Here are the choices.

Is there a stick or link to a site that has all of the math calculations listed? I have looked and the ones on here are spread all over and are a pain to find.

When doing the math for port and whatnot do you have to convert mm to cm? ex.. to get my Vd (Vd = Sd x Xmax) I take 480cm2 * 18.2mm. I know that the Vd is .071in but do you still have to convert mm to cm or vise versa?

I came up with 23" also for 33 hz but when I do it on carstereo.com i get 17.5" IS my math wrong? I would also Like to have the port in the center of the box . How would I go about that, would it have to be a T shape and how would I measure a T port ? The same as an L from center to center...
