I have a 2005 silverado with a w-205 and it fits perfect. Plenty of room. If you want to tap the reverse lights you don't have to go under the hood. You can tap the light green wire on the back of the body control module which is the black box to the left of the brake pedel.

n2audio must not have read the chart very good. It says maximum current for less than a half volt drop is 900 whichis way more that the 175 Zapco recommends. Do it it will be fine.

Yeah the treo's weren't bad subs there just isn't anywhere near enough airspace back there for them. They had a lot of midbass but just couldn't go low. I was going to try and do the same thing but the way my floor is shaped wouldn't really allow me to do the down firing thing like a wanted it...
