Update, just to straighten out the situation, I was refund on 6/12/07. It took him 60 days to refund the money. He has refunded me and other that he owed money to.

Tell me about it. I will be contacting paypal also regarding their process and turnaround time. If they acted swiftly I would have been able to get my full refund. But regardless I have enough info on this guy, to get his local authorities after him. Just letting other scammers know, cyber...

Update, 5/15/07: Paypal was able to recover only 95 cents. That is total BS. So now time to take legal action. People like this gives so many honest people a bad name.

Here is an update: The a-hole has not sent the subs, no replies besides sending paypal a fake tracking number. Just waiting for paypal to refund my money.

I would 10 years ago, but now I am not going to risk getting arrested for stuff like this. Although a road trip out to Nebraska might be nice, need a vacation.. lol
