Ok thank you! How thick of acrylic should I get? What would be the best way to attach it to the door?

K I decided to have some guys I know do it for me. They said that covering the bigger holes doesn't really matter. How much of a difference does covering the gaps make?

K I'm a noob to this and reading up on it. How would I go about attatching the acrylic to the frame to cover the hole and where would be the best place to find some?

I have a Mazda Protege 03. My problem is with stock stereo and speakers you can hear most of the music word for word outside the car as well inside. I don't even have the volume up that much. My fiance's car you can barely hear anything but his subs outside his car and his volume is cranked...
