Looking at these two options, 2 RE sx12's or 3 alpine type r 12's. Will be running off a hifonics 2006 amp. custom box will be built for whichever. Just wanting some opinions / experiences i guess.

OK, burnt up a 15 cv stroker off my hifonics 2006d, and since no one has a recone kit im looking to switch it up. Was lookin for suggestions for 2 12's. wired down to 1ohm and handle 1000w apiece. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Also trying to keep it at about 300.

Ive recently decided to go to a one 15 setup. I got a great deal on a new CV Stroker and im running it at 1ohm off a hifonics 2000watt amp. The box was built to the manuals specs. It is one of the smaller recommended boxes but i feel that this setup should be a little if not quite a bit louder...
