I don't mean switching the pos and neg, I just mean instead of connecting the pos wire to the pos of channel 3 and the neg to the neg of channel 4 like most 4channel amps call for, connect the pos to the pos of channel 4 and the neg to the neg of channel 3. Would this still result in it being...

100 amp inline fuse, 3 30A fuses on the amp. 2 of the 3 fuses on the amp were the ones that would blow. The 100A inline is still fine.
