Odd...I sent my XXX in for a recone about 3 months ago and I also got SX soft parts (I think). So now I have the RE logo. Anyway, doesn't sound any different. I put 2000 watts to mine and the sub holds up fine.

I've got a US Amps USA-1000 (sub), RF Power 551s (front) with a diamond audio crossover and some rear fill speakers hooked up to the DAT xover RAF output. I went through all the steps, got the voltage of the grounds equal and found the "culprit". I still get whine when the voltage is equalized...

Generally used to make a sealed box "larger", up to 40% depending on the amount you use. Its good to a certain point then the polyfill becomes too packed. If your box is built to spec or is ported, it might not do a whole lot. My box is sealed and a bit smalller than optimum so it works well...
