If subs have dual 4Ohm voice coils, and amplifier are stable at 1Ohm, then yes. You can wire them at 1Ohm.

I personally think that for 4cu.ft box two 3" ports are not enough. It's only ~14sq.in of port area... You need at least 40-50sq.in of port area. With 2 3" pipes you will hear port noise I think.

If box 5.24cu.ft., slot port 6" width, then port length 33". Why you want so width port? You could make it for example 4", so you would need less port length, only 18" length...

How it can be 4.5cu.ft ? If it is 5.8cu.ft. (calculated by your dimensions) If your box is 5.8cu.ft. and you want to make slot port with 6" width, so you need 30" length port.

It depends on subs, what music you listen, what car, etc. There is no standarts. Every box is different. You can try to build recommended box by manufacturer.

I also was playing in .10/.15 tables, some times in .25. But after few weeks I got bored So stopped paying.
