    2 kicker cvx 12s bass fluttering

    i have to kicker cvx 12s and i had them on a hifonics brutus 2000 watt amp they sounded real clean well when i put the box in my trunk it would flutter on low notes..not even low low tones..40hz tones. i have them on an 1100 watt panasonic and they still flutter why is this?
