    You should be able to run 750 watts to each of those W7's. Also, a properly built ported box would give you an extra 3 dB or so. The recommended box size of a 10W7 is 1.5cu ft for a PORTED box... so you wouldn't lose much space.

    You can run a 12W7 off a 500/1, in fact on JL Audio's website they recommend either a 500/1 or 1000/1.
