Should I try to open the amp up and take a look around? I'm not electronically incompetent, just specifically car audio incompetent, hehe.

BUMP If nobody is able to help me troubleshoot, could I perhaps at least get some of your expert opinions on the amp I linked or some suggestions on alternatives?
