More information needed of current system as stated. Vehicle,supply wiring and ground wire size, Alternator size and current battery size/make and model would help,Radio/HU,enclosure deminsions and tuning,and space given up for amplifier,and most importantly.. Max. BUDGET.

All my speakers get some power rather than off the HU/ Usually 100 rms at the min. for power/. I enjoy Polk MM series components, and CDT HD series. If you have funds to spend .. Hertz Mille are some of the best speakers Ive heard to date on a Gladen amplifier

Plenty of options to choose from and as stated above comment. Kenwood/JVC are great options, and Alpine as well within most peoples price range/ budget. You may even locate a good used unit off Ebay or the like that meet your needs and budget?

Id spend some money/funds on sealing those doors off to keep the road noise down and prob the floor boards too. Id get those crossovers out of the doors and put those under the front seats at the least so you have access to them to change tweeter settings and keep from rain moisture getting to...

What is the model of the Clarion amplifier? is it a 4 ch. or 2 ch,and what RMS Power per Ch.?

Certainly depends on the vehicle and type of enclosure tuning for the subs and direction of the subs and port to begin with, then power /electrical requirements for the amplifier chosen.

I myself would wire to a final 2 ohm load on the subs. follow the wiring diagram as it shows. No short cuts on the wiring. id use a minium of 12 ga OFC wiring from the amplifier to the subs as well. Thats me though. I think youd be pleased at that ohm load and the amp will work fine, though may...
