    amp equalizer settings

    HEy i have a quick question.... i have an 800 watt RMS amp going to two 800 watt RMS subs; at 1 Ohm in a sealed box. The equalizers on the amp are set to zero. Since the subs only take 800 watts RMS I want to know if incresing bass boost on my amp at full un-clipped power would blow the subs.

    or you could look on ebay. On the street, a custom camaro box is about 200. I bought mine off ebay for $50. brand new with good quality mdf and everything.

    hey, is it possible to take a sealed box and modify it into a ported one? because i went shopping for a custom SEALED box... okay easy $150. Then custom PORTED box... $350... uhh WTF? but yea, just wondering if tis possible ~Lex

    Hey i got a new camaro, 94. my current 2 12" sealed box just aint cuttin it. It doesnt fit, plus i want a louder, ported box. Jus one problem... all of the custom camaro boxes are sealed! Any ideas where i can find a ported custom one? I cant woodwork at all so dont say "build it". All help...
