i am planning to buy two subs i have a ported box 3.0cF (total volume including 2 ports middle front) which holds 2 12" and i have a clarion DPX1001.2. Which subs do u think is my best choice (please specify 2 ohm dvc or 4 ohm dvc) i want to use full power of the amp and i want more SPL also...

i am willing to spend 500-600 for a pair how does size matter then or does it matter at all? why would somone go fo those large subs??
