    I am getting a 1 12w6v2 and i want to know which amp will work better for it. The MTX Audio Thunder801D or the Thunder421D? I am leaning towards the 801D but idk if that is too much power or not.

    wait so you dont think this will be a good setup...cause i dont want to spend this much on a sub then blow it out or have it not last long at all. So if you dont think this will work can you try to think of an amp that will....for about $250

    another site says the MTX801D RMS Power 12.5 VDC 2 Ohm Load 500 w x 1 4 Ohm Load 250 w x 1 does that mean that it is 500 watts cause that would be perfect wouldnt it

    I am a noobie and am looking for 2 10" subs and an amp. my price range is about $500-$600. I dont know much about subs and amps so i was wondering if anyone can give me any suggestions. Thanks
