Well, let's start with your budget. How much do you have to spend on this system? And one thing to note, all companies have multiple tiers of products. Some are better than others when its class vs class, but comes down to how much sound you can get for x amount of dollars.

They just cut it? That's all you have to do to cancel the ANC on the bose centerpoint system at the amp. I should note that the shop that does my installs is a very reputable Arc Audio dealer in my area. I did not do any install myself. I suspect i may need to do a big 3 upgrade that would help...

Im running an Arc Audio 1200.6 with an idmax 12 and an LC7 to GM MyLink. For some reason on certain tracks when im barely at half volume, it turns the volume down by itself.

And MUCH better gear. If you want good SQ with a good blend of SPL, i would definitley do ID over Sundowns imo. I ran sundowns and loved em, but the bass is a bit muddy for me and not as clear as i wouldve liked. They're plenty loud tho, for sure.

I have an Idmax 12 on an Arc Audio 6ch and it sounds damn good. If you can, i would maybe save a little more and do the Idmax 10 instead of the id or idqs. Imo they're significantly cleaner and louder in a custom sealed enclosure. Mine is ported tho but I'm going to be doing 2 12s sealed.
