That is what it says on the spec sheet. I can vouch that it is indeed that efficient. It is LOUD for only being one sub using only a quarter of its rated power handling.

I am about a 12, or a 15 cause headlights make 0's in my rear-view mirror from my 18" using only 130 watts rms =). Can't wait until I get an amp that can almost fully power my 18" (rated for 800w rms at 8ohms).
