Yes that’s a tad high but you would be surprised when an enclosure is design in such a way it can still get low regardless the tuning .. so many factors go into enclosure designs

I feel either option you plan on going with will work out when you build a custom to spec enclosure! Enclosure is key - obviously power comes in handy too 😉
