So I have 2 4 ohm 600 watt RMS DVC subs and a 600 watt amp @ 2 ohms. If I wire them parallel, they will be 4 ohms and the amp will pushing ~400 watts. If I wire them in a series, the amp will be sending out 600 watts to 2 ohms. If I wire the speakers in 2 ohms, are they each getting 300 watts...

The alpine amp is good for 2 ohms, but I was under the impression that I could wire send the positive to both positive terminals using 2 wires and send the negative to both negative terminals, and it would be a 4 ohm load.

I'm pretty sure my subs just have 1 positive and negative terminal. I looked at them last night and saw only 2 terminals. Thanks for the diagram though, if they have two terminals I will be sure to follow them. Any suggestions on a good quality LOC with remote turn on?
