    you dont always need a smaller belt. i put my ohio gen on and i never needed a new belt. it doesnt slip and my alt works great! 150 amps at idle.

    i always do alt and big 3 before anything. tom from ohio gen told me something and i have stuck with it since. when u build a system design it on paper from the electrical to the screws holding the box together. giv him a call and he can help u out

    give ohio gen a call tom has been good to me, i always say if another company cant make it ohio gen can xD!!! just make sure when u call u have ur engine size and how much wattage. im ohio gen for life! i will never goto another alternator company again!
