Also if I was just going to power the component speakers with the head unit does that mean I only need the one preamp output?

I just bought a 93 Suburban with a non-working radio. I am going to get a new head unit this week, probably from best buy. The budget for the entire system is probably under 400 or so, but that is over time. This is my camping rig so it doesn't need to be to great but I'd like it to be decent...
