I'm trying to replace all 4 door speakers in my Chevy Tahoe. Last time I tried to remove the door panels, I ended up breaking some clips and not being able to get the panel all the way off. Could someone please provide me with some detailed instructions on how to do this ? pictures would help...

Nav gone. LCD is up on ebay.

The navigation is a full din unit, currently the software let's it only work with touch screen units. I'm not sure if you can downgrade the software to the non touch screen version or not
