Okay, after pulling out my FM stereo modulator and taking it apart, I was able to test the power circuit and verify there were no breaks. Furthermore, by analyzing the modulator circuit board, I found out I had the wires backwards in my head, the voltage (measuring in all 12 volts) was coming...
