it's a 2007 cts, the guy making my box said a ported box in the trunk would sound shitty, but what do you think should i get it ported or get a sealed box that isn't made of plywood lol

alright, well being a noob at this, i put my subs in a prefab box, and it broke. So today i take it back and the people told me that whoever installed it got fired and pointed out a bunch of problems with my setup, one could have almost started a fire. so anyways, i told him i wanted a ported...

2 12w3v3s, sealed box, JL 500/1 or 1 12w6v2, ported box, JL 500/1 I have the 2 w3s right now, and i would like a little more volume, also, i'm not sure if i could get a ported box made for both W3s that would fit in my trunk (2007 cadillac CTS) help please

well i've got 2 12w3v3s in a sealed box, and a side wall blew out, and i can't repair it immediately, my question is; will the totally open box cause any damage to my sub?? i've got a 500/1 amp split between the 2, just wondering if i should turn it off until i get it fixed or if it'll be...
