    HU Screen Problems

It's either one of two things. Your alternator is not charging effectively to run your system, or your battery is showing signs of depletion. Your HU will run properly with the battery alone, even if it NOW starting to go, but after a while it will show up. Try playing your system loudly on your...

Car shakes like hell! Need help to reduce vibration!!

Well first to begin with, I am a newbie in the car audio department! And this is my first setup ever! I have a '94 Nissan Sentra with 2 Pioneer 12"TSW305DVC in my trunk in a ported box. I am running my entire system of 1 Boss BL2000 amp (limited cash!) and I have 2 Pioneer 6x9 on my rear dash...

Newbie looking for advice on subs

Well thank you everyone for your input, I was educated! However I ended up getting from a friend 2 Pioneer 12" TS-W305DVC in a ported box for $140. I know it may not be as great as some of the suggestions I got, but it was the best that I could've gotten within budget and with no time lag...

Newbie looking for advice on subs

Took the specs straight of the booklet! I know that they overate their power, but 150watts x 2 rms bridged!!!...............sure about that? Anyway, I am actually looking for a sub to match my amp, that's the reason for this thread.

Newbie looking for advice on subs

I think I misled you all! When I say that I am willing to pay up to $150, that is exactly what I am willing to pay. I would end up paying like 200-210 for something here, but I want help on subs for the price range of actually $100-150 of YOUR purchasing power, not mine! Sorry of I led you all...

Newbie looking for advice on subs

So its a choice between 1 12' Alpine R, rp-l,kicker and I have a friend who mentioned MTX, is MTX good by the way? I think I'll narrow my choices down to these 4 unless someone else can suggest something spectacular and within budget!

Newbie looking for advice on subs

Sorry, but I have to ask(newbie here!), but what are rl-p? Is that a particular brand or model of a sub? Forgive my stupidity! Oh and I may be able to go up to $150, if something is really worth it!
