ok I was looking at your diagram there, but not sure what setup I have? 2 subs....in a box with separate chambers....each chamber has its own speaker termanial......from those 2 terminals, they run to my amp, and amp has 2 pairs of +/- for speakers, each sub gets its own that must be the 2ohm...

the specs of my subs say "Speaker system input impedance 4 Ohm" Im working on getting the proper gain on my dclass amp.....using 2 of those subs means it is running at 2ohms right?

****. its out of warranty so nothing else could cause this but its "just its time to do"? how about getting these things repaired, is that possible...

had a tech at work look at my stereo because one of my subs was buzzing. Long story short after a few tests with a 9volt battery, we determined one sub was blown, fine whatever music was playing fine, parked the car, went back to work... get back in the car to go home, put the face plate on...

I just won of those small portable DVD players from work, its pretty sweet, it plays everything all kinds of dvdrs, mp3s etc... I wanna hook it up to my stereo in my car, cause i think it would be pretty sweet to listen to the music AND watch the music video now I have 2 amps, a d-class...

first the subs are SVC, not DVC but anyway i brought it to my buddys shop to have a look at it 30min ago, and what it turn out to be was one of the positive leads from one of the subs had somehow broken off. Took the sub to the shop I bought them from, replaced both positive/negative wires...

i was having problems before where the amp would go into protection mode for about 10sec then turn back on....so what me and the shop who installed the shit did was turn off the bass boast, and lower the gain until the amp stopped going into protection mode, then backed it alittle bit off after that

the gain was set on the amp with the dial labeled input sensitivity

I installed a neon undercar kit yesterday, everythings cool except the transformer for the kit gives off a farily anoying buzz while its turned on. Its on the front passanger side near the firewall (but inside the car) Any ideas/tips/suggestions on how to minimize that noise?

bass bost is off, and gain isnt set very high (not sure where exactly) this setup with these settings arent new, I've been running this setup for a few months now no problem, I didnt touch a thing... wouldnt one of the fuses of blown before messing up the amp? (if thats what happened)
