LOL...thanks for the responses. Another question...with a rating of 3.8 ohms each if i wired these to show the amp 1 ohm would the amp actually be seeing less than 1 ohm since they are both 3.8?

I guess I'll answer that by saying $400 seems insanely cheap compared to the many years ago when I was into car stereos. I would've expected to spend $1k+ for an amp and Ive found many in that price range but if the guts are the same and reliability/performance are equal then to me it's a no...

Need some recommendations on wiring/amp set up for (2) 12 SA X v.2 D2 subs. Two smaller mono amps or one large? Amp recommendation? there seems to be many opinions on amp quality. I'm willing to spend money and not looking for 3k watts for $40 lol.
