its the reading with the car on...when the car is off it reads 0.00 like its supposed to right?

Hello, I have just put in my subs for the millionth time because I blew my amp and then I got tired of them and for other reasons I keep taking them out and putting them back in...anyways, i left all of the wires attached and in place because I knew I would want to put my subs back in sometime...
