    how hard is it going to be to cut it in half going horizontal? Oh and I have a circular saw with a battery pack would that be easier? Would it cut through my 1.5" baffle?

    Ok your subs shouldn't be flexing like that. If you just take a little bit of time and actually buy good things. Maybe a Fi BL or something and a good amp to push it you're system will turn out alright. Also, ditch the cap and get a battery
